Big Grudge Match Set For WWE Clash In Paris

A massive match has seemingly been set for Clash in Paris on August 31 as Roman Reigns will possibly face off against The Vision’s Bronson Reed. On last night’s episode of Raw, Roman Reigns returned to save Jey Uso from an attack by The Vision during Uso and Bron Breakker’s Extreme Rules Match. Reigns delivered a spear to Breakker and also sent Bronson Reed packing, allowing Uso to pick up the win after splashing Breakker through a table. As Reed was retreating up the entrance ramp, Reigns said to him that he’d “see him in Paris”, and Reed verbally agreed to the matchup. The match has yet to be officially confirmed by WWE as of now.

Naomi Vacates WWE Women’s World Championship As She Announces Pregnancy On Raw

Also on Raw, Women’s World Champion Naomi vacated her title as she announced that she is pregnant with her and Jimmy Uso’s first child. Naomi first came out to the ring to share a clip from Stephanie McMahon’s podcast, where she and Jimmy were guests and announced her pregnancy. Naomi then cut a promo, letting the female locker room know that whoever is champion in nine months better watch their backs.

Mega Title Match Set For WWE & AAA Worlds Collide

Dominik Mysterio will get another shot at the AAA Mega Championship at the upcoming WWE & AAA Worlds Collide pay-per-view, which is set to take place on September 12. Mysterio issued a challenge to current champion El Hijo del Vikingo via social media, stating that the only reason Vikingo retained the title at Triplemania was because of AJ Styles’ interference in their match.

Danhausen Reportedly Requested AEW Not Pick Up His Option

It has been reported that Danhausen’s AEW contract was extended “well into 2026” due to the time he has missed from injuries. However, this contract extension was reportedly made “against his wishes,” and Danhausen wanted his contract to expire with its original date of July 1, 2025. Danhausen is reportedly frustrated with the company over a lack of creative direction for his character and wanted to leave to pursue other options elsewhere.
