Trying (and failing) to make sense of the Rock

In amongst the Rock’s ad libbing, swearing and 20 heel/face turns in half a hour on SmackDown last night, I got confused (as I think many others did). Within the confines of WWE storylines, Cody is WWE Champion and the Rock is the final boss. So isn’t Cody already the Rock’s champion? Plus Rock says he can make Cody’s dreams come true. But Cody did that at WrestleMania last year. My head hurts.

I love the Rock and I'm literally wearing his merchanise as we speak but I watched that segment to see what the fuss was about and I have no earthly idea what the hell he was talking about. Maybe it'll be something where John Cena accepts his offer like Rock is Neron in Underworld Unleashed and that's finally where the heel turn comes from, so that Cena can beat Cody? I dunno man.
