Wasted Potential and Velveteen

Hi Scott,
What do you think the Velveteen Dream’s ceiling was if not for some um…very poor decisions? Could it even make one of the most all time wastes of potential?
Does anyone else come to mind? Much more far along, but RVD comes to mind for me.
