Yeet!

So as expected I have seen a ton of terrible takes regarding Jey Uso winning the rumble. WWE can never win with IWC, which is I never blame them for ignoring what the IWC says. First they complain when WWE doesn't take chances and make new stars, now the complaint is why didn't they pick the top choices that always win the rumble. The worst part is people are acting like this hasn't been building up for the last 5 years. Jey is a huge reason for WWEs current success. He was the first person to challenge Roman and almost beat him until Roman used Jimmy to make him quit. Roman was gaslighting Jey to fall in line and he be the next tribal chief. Jey was the first one to break away from the bloodline and also challenge Roman again. He is a top 3 act in wwe right now. The complaint of “well he is just an intro and a hand gesture” is so silly, yeah dummies that's called getting over. Remember when Daniel Bryan got over for the same thing and fans revolted when he didn't win the Rumble.
Jey wants to win a title his dad never won. He has failed against Gunther multiple times going for the IC belt, and most recently, the heavyweight title. The rumble win makes total sense, and having him finally beat Gunther at Mania with a ton of momentum is great booking. Plus it really doesn't disrupt many other big matches they can still do. If you watch WWE weekly it's been obvious Jey is a main character, just cause some of you aren't happy with it doesn't mean WWE did the wrong thing. Go to a wwe live event and you will see why any other decision but Jey would have been silly. They need to ride the Yeet train until the wheels fall off. Then he can lose the title to Punk. Oh, and those complaining about his age and saying he been in wwe forever, they aren't making a new star, DDP was around forever and was 40 when he finally got the rocket strapped to him. He wasn't an all timer working either, but he had a theme and a hand gesture get over, and next thing you know, he is champion.
I assure you I will not be buying tickets for the Yeet Train. That just sounds dangerous to disembark to be honest.
