Taker vs Surfer Sting?

I guess take a drink at this point, but while everyone imagines Taker vs Crow Sting, given how well Surfer Sting worked with bigger guys, and good Taker was at selling the impervious to pain part of his character I think a match where Sting tries to slowly
chop him down while Taker no sells moves like the Stinger Splash would be amazing. Do you think it would have worked?

If we’re talking mortician Undertaker, I don’t think so. He was just never going to do a real match at that point. Maybe 96-99 era UT would have worked though.
