Paul Heyman’s health

Every time I see clips of Paul Heyman on WWE TV, he has trouble breathing, as if he will drop dead at any moment.
I'm not trying to weight shame anyone (not a lightweight myself), but the man is damn near 60 and there aren't too many fat old guys out there.

Can TKO/WWE get this man on Ozempic/Wegovy/Mounjaro/Zepbound or take him off TV and get weight loss surgery?
He was down pretty good in the early 2000s when he was Smackdown GM, as I recall. But that was 20 years ago.
