Cody Rhodes leaving AEW

There has been rumors upon rumors about why Cody left AEW. I did some digging not to long ago to see if I can kind of pinpoint what happen or atleast come to a decent guess by his interviews as he usually drops little easter eggs. Here's some facts…
– in a segment during a episode on Dynamite during the feud with Malachi Black, he made a comment about infighting between he and The Elite.
– during a interview, forgot which but he admitted that The Elite wanted AEW to be a bigger version of PWG while he wanted Crockett and old school.
– stated it bothered him that The Bucks said I'm their book that he was the last to sign with AEW and it made him feel like he wasn't as into it as they were.
– Cody's last few months in AEW were infamous for the “Codyverse” where all his stuff seemed completely separate from everything else in the company.
In conclusion, it sounds like the constant competition on who gets what on what they wanted AEW to be drove Cody apart from The Elite. That and he admitted that he never truly had any plans to stay with AEW past a certain point due to feeling like he had unfinished business in WWE. Now here's my thing though. Allegedly there's NDAs involved with Cody leaving I believe correct? What do you think happened for NDAs to be involved? If it's to be true. And do you agree that this is what probably happened?
I think WWE offered him a shitload of money and opportunity that he wasn’t going to get in AEW and he’s an incredible businessman who knows the exact right decisions to make to take care of himself.
