Hope you had a good Christmas with your family.
Who was someone in the 1980s that was involved in the wrestling business (but not an actual wrestler) did you not like back in the day but you grew to like over time. For me it was actually Lance Russell. I couldn't stand him when he made the jump to WCW but then I watched Memphis with him and Dave Brown and can definitely admit that I was 100% wrong. One of the best wrestling announcers ever IMO. How about you?
What kind of a soulless monster doesn’t love Lance?!?
For me it’s absolutely David Crockett. I used to find him the most annoying commentator in wrestling but now I love his enthusiasm and efforts to get everyone over. Plus he’s one of the all time great shitty promoter trick stories, when they were working with the AWA and David was going around at the joint shows and trying to sign away Vernes talent. I can admire that.
