Orton – the hard way

Reading Alex’s review of Orton vs Lesner, few questions:
On the Muta scale – where does Orton fall?
It seemed being opened up (allegedly) the hard way and the match being a “TKO” there was zero follow through – this seemed to be a feud start, not a one and done. Was there any word at the time why this wasn’t followed up on? Where could it have gone?
The Muta scale is more like a running joke, man. I don't actively maintain a database of how much people bleed.
As for the feud, I never heard about it going anywhere in particular. I think it was just a thing that Vince wanted to try during a period when expecting any kind of serious followup to anything was a fool's errand.
