Talent Relations

By Scott Keith on 6 December 2024

The appearance online is that AEW has more friction with talent (CM Punk exit, Ricky Starks, Lucha Bros, Miro etc) but WWE is a well oiled machine with everyone on the roster happy. I would assume in an industry full of sharks, WWE would be having much more issues with unhappy talent not getting their push, especially with an upper card filled with 10+ year WWE veterans. What do you think the reality is? Is WWE better at keeping talent silent or is everyone at WWE happier with bigger paydays etc.

They're not getting bigger paydays. I think there's a very large group of people who don't want to say anything bad about WWE because that's literally what they grew up with, and their dream is to make it big on the WWE stage, and it's just gonna take a long time for any other alternative to be able to compete with that kind of thing.
