Vince versus Rousey

Hey Scott, hopefully the Saskatchewan snows haven't been too bad for you.

Some months ago a story was making the rounds that Ronda Rousey once wanted to eliminate the word “women” out of her title when she became champion and just be the “SmackDown Champion”. Vince shot this down saying 'WE'RE NOT DOING THAT WOKE SHIT! IT'S THE WOMEN'S DIVISION AND THE WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP!”

Now, people can take sides on this situation but do you think there could've been a middle ground by changing the title to reflect weight divisions like they do in combat sports? I.e. call it the featherweight/bantamweight/flyweight/whateverweight title while Rousey held it to give it a bit more of an air of legitimacy?
Geez you want to add an of legitimacy and then call attention to their weight? I can only imagine how messed up that would make people who already suffer from eating disorders as it is a lot of the time. This ain’t UFC and sadly wrestling is still very plagued by body issues on both sides. I think just adding “Men’s” to the other belts would be a better solution honestly.
