If Hulk Hogan had woken up the morning after WM III unable to move due to every muscle in his body being torn and his career over, later learned it occurred when body slamming Andre The Giant but his body reaction was delayed due to his time traveling ability, how would Vince McMahon have pivoted?

Hogan is gone forever, Piper retired and Andre beaten

With the roster at the time who becomes the next WWF Champion?

If Randy Savage does get the WWF Title does he work with Billy Jack Haynes? Patera from the Slammer? Hillbilly Jim?

If not Randy Savage what options does Vince have?

I think in that specific scenario that Vince rides with Savage for a long while with Ted Dibiase challenging, and then in 1988 when Ric Flair becomes available, he 100% goes out and gets him this time. Probably works some magic and snags the Road Warriors as well. It probably sinks Crockett for good but Vince survives to make more money and that's the important thing for history.
