Macho’s role if Hulk-Flair happened at WM 8

I've just started enjoying the treasure trove of 3-hour Macho goodness that's been unleashed on the WWE Vault but it got me thinking –
Everyone's always clamoring for Hulk-Flair at WM 8, and understandably so, but what would Macho have done if that scenario happened? Retcon to him vs Sid? Find a different feud for him? Him vs. Mr. Perfect?
I’d have gone with a final blowoff to the Jake feud.
