Why everytime someone leaves WWE, they have to immediately make themselves look like douchebags on Twitter? Now I don't care that she left, don't care what she does next. If she wasn't happy, missed Rico, whatever, cool right? Her prerogative. What gets me though is you spend 3 years winning the hearts of so many people, creating a highly passionate fan base who were huge fans of your work, even her colleagues, only to tell everyone you hated your job and can now leave it because your dating a millionaire. Thus negating anyone who gave a crap about your announcing.
My man, it was just a job for her. That’s kind of the point. This whole mindset of “You must be loyal to the WWE Universe because it’s everyone’s dream!” is why things got so tribal. It WASN’T her dream, and she didn’t want to be a ring announcer for the rest of her life. If she hated her job and can now leave because she’s dating a millionaire, then GREAT! Isn’t that the American dream?
