ECW ECW ECW…bleh

Hey Scott:
Why do WWE, TNA and AEW still have to bring ECW guys into the mix as they have in recent years? On NXT alone we're getting RVD, Bubba Ray and Nunzio next week. TNA still has Rhino on its roster. Even AEW has had some former ECW guys on their shows too. Am I missing a memo that ECW was this great company that happened in the late 90's and early 2000's and maybe I'm just not understanding the appeal of it? I'm all for bring back old wrestlers if the storyline is good or if even they can still go in the ring. I remember one of your rants where you referenced ECW as 'entertaining crap'. Its time came and went a long long time ago. Your thoughts?
As long as people keep watching it, they’re gonna keep milking the ECW nostalgia shows, so my advice is to stop watching. WE ARE NOT GOING BACK.
