Yet Another WM9 Question

Assuming that it works for him (brother), could WM9 have worked better if Mega Maniacs vs. Money Inc main evented the show and Hogan/Beefcake went over clean for the tag titles? There was precedent from the past of Hogan matches main eventing over the title matches and the show could have still ended with the crowd pop and requisite Hogan pose.

Bret vs. Yoko could then end however they wanted, Hogan gets his big return win and payday, everybody leaves happy. I know the itch to main event would likely have hit Hulk during the summer, but how do you feel that scenario would have gone over at the show and following months?
