By Kat Bourne on 17 February 2024
Episode two, titled “Planning a Baby,” dropped with the first eight episodes on February 8, 2024 on Hulu and on Disney+ for those with the Disney Bundle.
Previously, on Love & WWE: Bianca & Montez… this happened.
We start with clips of various fans asking when they will have kids. Montez says he loves kids, while Bianca wonders who watches the baby if they both have matches. Montez: “The crowd!”
Intro video.
The duo are putting away groceries when a fly appears. Montez goes at it with a swagger and Bianca swings with the braid. They’re Target shoppers. I recognize the bottled water. I live a sad life. Anyway, Montez pulls out a baby onesie and asks Bianca why it’s there and if there is a surprise. She says no surprise, she just liked it and it is wishful thinking. He tells us that he’s sure buying baby clothes means that you want to put a baby inside of you. She admits to having baby fever and suggests they go to a fertility doctor just to see what their options are.
We head to the WWE Performance Center. Montez and Dawkins are working out with Omos – WWE Superstar. Montez says that this year he is making it to Mania, and this year it starts with slamming a man five times his size as we see clips of Otis – WWE Superstar. We see clips of Bianca lifting Otis up before and Montez says he has to finish the job.
Bianca walks in and smacks Dawkins in the face, hugs Montez and smacks Omos in the balls. Okay! And then she starts muscling those weights. She says she’s walking into Mania with the best physique she has ever had. The guys admire Bianca lifting ginormous weights as Montez tells the viewers, via talking head segment, that every time he sees Bianca it puts him in a baby making mood.
Norfolk, Virginia – Monday Night Raw. 54 Days Until WrestleMania. We see Asuka making Chelsea Green tap, which is probably footage inserted by crooked General Manager Adam Pearce, and then Bianca coming out. Bianca explains that Raw and SmackDown are the shows they use to build from big show to big show and that they are both on the Raw show. Bianca challenges Asuka and the other five women ringside (not Chelsea), telling them that she’ll see the winner of their Elimination Chamber match at Mania.
Backstage at Raw, the Profits are working out as Kofi Kingston – WWE Superstar walks by. Dawkins says they’re trying to get like New Day. Montez says their job is all about moments and he is trying to create one by slamming Otis. He says there’s no other way to describe Otis besides calling him a large man. Bianca says you always want to be the person everyone is talking about that night on social media. Montez says you could also be a meme. Dawkins tells him he’s gotta slam him or all the boys are going to be making fun of him.
We come back from break to Mike Rome introducing the Street Profits as well as Alpha Academy. Montez tells us Otis is a large mass of a human being. We see Montez pick up Otis and Chad taking Montez down from behind. Montez says if he can do it once he can do it again, and we see him slam Otis and making that moment. We see some tweets about the moment as Montez says he is one step closer to Mania.
It’s the next day and the couple are having breakfast in a restaurant. Bianca questions how they can do all this and add a baby in the mix. Montez lets her know the flight is delayed three hours and pulls out the keys to the last rental car. He says he is going to drive his Miss Daisy home and she will get her gas station roses. Montez calls it quality time and time to think about their future. Dawkins walks up with four plates of breakfast. Montez told him he got the last rental card and Dawkins volunteers to ride with them. So much for quality time. Bianca says it’s like they already have a kid with Dawkins.
They’ve made it home and Bianca is with some wine and Jenae – Bianca’s Best Friend. Jenae says that if Bianca can put Otis on her shoulders, she can push a whole baby out. Jenae says no pressure, but they did say they would have kids at the same time and Jenae has done her part. Bianca says it’s rough because she feels like she’s just getting started with her career. She wants to cross over like The Rock, John Cena and Batista. She’s also scared about waiting too late.
Back from commercial, Montez is playing basketball with Cornell – Montez’s Friend. Montez claims carpal tunnel as he falls behind. Cornell asks about Mania and Montez says he doesn’t know if he’s even involved. He compares Bianca having a third straight year guaranteed on the card while he’s in his third year of uncertainty. He’s proud of her but it makes him hard on himself. Montez says he’s going to Raw to make the best opportunity he’s given. You have to showcase yourself to give them reasons to but you on Mania as we head to more commercials.
Dr. McNichol – Fertility Specialist is at his office, meeting with Bianca and Montez. The doc says the biological clock is the biggest thing and most of it is tied to the female partner. Bianca is 34 and he says that’s when the problems can start. He tells her to go through an observation and that’ll help. She tells him what she does for work and questions if the work she does can cause issues. He recommends 15-18 months off if she has a baby. She says that changes so much and that if she gets pregnant, Montez gets to keep working. She says she’s leaving the doctor more stressed and confused than she was.
Next time: Montez gets a text about a solo match. Bianca is training for a bodybuilding competition.
