Whether you believe the “alleged” allegations against Jericho or not, or agree with how they first came out, do think Tony doubling down with sending Jericho out there every week is a good idea? If they don't want to address any of I understand, acknowledging it will only make it more real. But fans have been pretty much begging for a break from Jericho for what feels like 2 years now. Which is crazy, because part of what has made his career so great is Jericho reading the room and disappearing right before the audience is sick of him.
This was a perfect opportunity to do that, and I just don't understand TKs logic here. I understand they are down some star power, but hiding Jericho backstage for promos while adding in piped in cheers, and sticking him on Rampage, really isn't helping matters. I mean, the seek and destroy line would have been cringe before the NDA stuff, but it seemed even worse with everything out there. And of course Chris just trademarked it, so it's gonna be a thing now. I can't think of anything good that Jericho has done in a long time, and just think 3 months off TV and out of sight might be the best thing for all sides. Also his wife should never be allowed on social media again, and he should probably just divorce her.
