Vega

Hey Scott,
I recognize that WWE has made a concerted effort over the past few years to build longer title reigns and create dominant champions, but would it really have killed them to have Zelina Vega catch a fluke pin on Rhea and win the belt in Puerto Rico? That would have been a really nice moment with a unique personal story and that crowd would have ERUPTED. They could have easily just had Rhea squash Zelina and take the title back on the next Smackdown. It wouldn't have hurt Rhea at all, and it would have been a really special deal that only could have happened for that particular wrestler at that moment in that building. I've been watching WWE for nearly 40 years now, so I should know better, but isn't creating those types of moments the whole idea?

I dunno, I'm not a really big fan of Vega to begin with so I wasn't that invested in it. But their direction is long title reigns, so that's what we get.
