Worst career moves in wrestling history

The Ricky Steamboat video review got me thinking about some of his puzzling career moves.

I know you hate Mount Rushmore questions (cuz you're a commie Canadian), but what's your Mount Rushmore of bad career moves in wrestling?
DDP giving up his guaranteed Turner money to become the Stalker in 2001 had to be right up there. With hindsight, I’m sure Lex Luger would have handled his WWF departure in 1995 a bit differently. Madusa dropping the title into the garbage can killed any chance of her returning. Everything Warrior did. Ever.
