ROH vs. NWA

Scott,
Out of curiosity, if you were in Tony Khan's position and had the opportunity to buy ROH (brand, belts, production equipment, and film library) or the NWA (brand, belts, production equipment, and the Houston footage and whatever film libraries Vince doesn't own yet for argument's sake), which do you pick? Alternatively, do you save the money for the brand and just start your own completely from scratch?
The NWA isn't really a “thing” you can buy anyway. And Corgan doesn't own the Houston footage, he's just licensing it, which makes his whole deal all the more questionable. ROH is a real entity with actual assets and a library of TV shows that are deeply tied to the people AEW appeals to. There's no comparison.
