I admit I enjoyed the Sammy/Cody ladder match, it was a fun spectacle. But you've mentioned you're just sick of ladder matches right now and I agree with you – if you look at some classic ladder matches that hold up like Razor/Shawn, Rock/HHH, Jericho/Shawn,
they're actually pretty smartly built on just trying to damage your opponent and make it to the prize at the top, not put on a thrilling stunt show. I think there is a place for that now and then, but EVERY ladder match does it these days – the cutter from
Sammy to Cody looked awesome, but the logic is just entirely lost on me, as I slowly realize I'm turning into Cornette and criticizing logic in wrestling. Your opponent's climbing a tall ladder, so you leap several feet into the air off ANOTHER tall ladder
to deliver a cutter to him that sends you crashing down an actually higher distance than he did! I get tipping the ladder over, or even a slam move off it, but come on. Alright, angry-old-man-waving-at-clouds moment over, and I'm only 30, the next 40 years
are gonna be rough.

Tell me about it.
