Name that jobber!

Ok, time for science. My friend Dante Richardson is doing a project and needs the identity of a mystery jobber from a random episode of Worldwide in 89.
Here’s the show in the question:
The guy is unannounced and listed as ??? on Cagematch but seems to look like a guy named John Brewer who shows up later in the year getting squashed by Sting.
So, is this the same guy?
