Since Vince is apparently tone-def to the backlash of changing Walter's name to Guenther, perhaps he can rename Marcel Barthel Adolf and Fabian Aichner Benito, then change the faction's name to The Axis Powers. To coin one of your phrases, it will make millions!
They literally already tried to create a character named “Emperor Hirohito” during that whole wacky period with Dan Madigan and the frozen Nazi, so it's not even that much off-brand for them to try something like that. There's actually lots of times in the history of wrestling when exactly that sort of thing would have worked just fine. This is not that time.
