Blog of DOOM Daily Thread – 6th January 2022

Happy Thursday Everyone!

Not seen Dynamite yet so I’m trying to dodge spoilers, hence no news today. Will be back to normal from tomorrow.

I did see Night 2 of Wrestle Kingdom and I thought it was good. I’m not sure why KENTA and Tanahashi decided they needed to have an ECW match in the Tokyo Dome, but I thought Naito Vs Cobb was very good and I also thought the Main Event was excellent.

Whisper it, but I don’t think Gedo is doing too bad a job. Once he gets his full roster back I think things will get better.

Scheduled today on the Blog: Scott and Thomas both have Dynamite reviews. I’m going to try and get it watched ASAP

One big news story I’ll comment on of course is William Regal getting cut, which seems frankly ridiculous seeing as he’d be one of the better commentators they’d have there, and that’s before all the invaluable information he could pass on in a coaching role. Seems like a sacking that has been done to mess with Triple H in all honesty, and it stinks in my opinion.
