1989 Trios

Hey Scott

I hope all is well with you and the family. Winter is soon coming and with climate change I’m worried you’ll have roving packs of dire wolves and polar bears running around within a few years.
Anyway, let’s say it’s January 1989 and Vince slips on some ice and hits his head. When Bruce revives, Vince decided he needs a 6-Man Tag Team Championship.
Who do you add to these teams, either from the WWF at the time or reasonable guys from other promotions:
Rockers? Do you get a big guy or another Rocker sized guy?
Harts? Owen is the easy answer or do you bring back Davey?
Brain Busters?
Demolition?
Powers of Pain?
Rougeaus?
Bushwhackers?
Do you add anyone to makeshift teams like the Twin Towers?
My dream would be for Vince (who’s already concussed) to be cool about Japan deals so he can make the ultimate hoss team of Terry Gordy, Steve Williams, and Jim Duggan.

Rockers – They had Shane Douglas as a third already, so stick with him.

Harts – Owen is obviously the answer.

Brain Busters – Add the Widowmaker there, duh.

Powers of Pain – I'm not sure where they'd find another roided musclehead to add to the team in 1989, but I'm sure they'd manage.

Rougeaus – Sad to say that's gotta be Dino Bravo.

Bushwackers – Bring back Outback Jack.

Twin Towers – Not sure where One Man Gang was at the time but he seems like he'd fit well with Akeem and Bossman.
