AEWs Underused Talent

With the signings of Andrade, Malachi Black, Adam Cole, Bryan Danielson, CM Punk and allegedly Bray Wyatt and Kevin Owens comming within the next few months, you were bound to have some of AEWs regular talent get frustrated and It seems to have started.
Brian Cages wife Melissa Santos put out a video saying her husband deserves better. My question is how does AEW throw out a good balance that keeps their day one talent happy?
Let them work indies if they want, and if they’re really unhappy then release them.
