Does everyone on the AEW roster have health benefits and 401k or are they labeled as independent contractors like WWE?
Have you heard anything recently about NXT Evolve? They filmed a pilot and then nothing else has been said about it.
AEW has some employees in the head office, just like WWE, but everyone else are independent contractors. However in this case they seem to fit closer to the intended definition of the term, with some freedom to work elsewhere if needed.
Haven't heard a peep about Evolve. They seem to be in no rush to get out of the PC with regular NXT and start touring again, so I imagine that factors into it.
