What If The Nail Impaled Wrestling?

Let's say WWE and AEW had to take the titles off of Roman Reigns and Kenny Omega like right NOW due to a severe, near-fatal tetanus infection from the same nail that kept Ma & Pa Kent from discovering baby Kal-El. Two talents in the middle of long reigns. Who gets the respective belts, assuming you want to crown a new champ within two weeks?

Same absurd premise, but for, say Hulk Hogan in 1985, Randy Savage in 1988 and Ric Flair in 1989.
Dude, I don't even know who's challenging Roman Reigns for the PPV this Sunday. If he was gone from Smackdown they'd be screwed.
If Kenny was gone you could easily put the belt back on Moxley again.
