Wwe in Japan

Scott your mention about the potential new Japan deal (which I pray never happens) got be thinking about the international NXT expansion plans that are in limbo. Obviously they’ve done a bunch to set up a potential NXT-India after that network special, but has any planning been done for an NXT-Japan? Would it even be feasible considering how established other Japanese promotions are? This isn’t like the UK where it’s just a bunch of small fish and WWE can buy whoever they want…
I think it's always been in the planning stages but it's an incredibly tough market to break into if you're not a Japanese company. That's why Vince wanted to simply buy groups like NOAH outright, which would be the easier play, but it never worked out for him. I just don't see it ever happening.
