Heyman-Bischoff’s start dates?

I'm obviously late to the party here, so maybe you can explain this to me; So Paul Heyman and Eric Bischoff's shows are either airing this week, or they won't take over Raw and Smackdown until after Extreme Rules? Which is it, as I'm seeing conflicting reports?
