WWE-ECW’s Cancellation In 2010

When the WWE cancelled ECW on the Syfy channel in early 2010, what was the reasoning behind it? Ratings were too low, they felt it was time to move on, they thought NXT,(in their old format) was the next big thing, or all of the above?
I'd say all of the above is fair.
