WCW PPVs in Canada question

Scott,
Were WCW PPVs available via closed-circuit viewing at movie theaters like WWF ones were? Just curious.
WWF shows weren't in movie theaters either. That wasn't a thing until well after WCW was dead and they had changed to WWE.
