Figure Four Question.

Hey Scott,

Apologies if you've ever covered this before, but I have a question about how wrestlers sell the figure four leglock. Wouldn't the leg thats kept straight (and hyperextended) be where the pain is centered? But I feel like the wrestler always sells the knee that gets bent. Am I missing something? Thanks for the blog btw, it's pretty much how I keep up with the product these days, I can't sit through 5+ hours of WWE TV every week.

Nope, you're not missing anything. The straight leg is indeed supposed to be the one taking all the pressure and causing the pain. It's a major pet peeve of mine.
