Is it too late?

Hey Scott,
Is it to late for Fox to say nope, pay some kind of penalty and decide not to air Smackdown? Either that or change the timeslot to like 3:00 a.m. on a Tuesday morning? They have to be having buyer's remorse by now.
The ratings woes have been talked about within the TV industry according to the Observer, and it’s absolutely a major concern. And there’s always an escape clause for networks. I doubt it would ever come to that, but it’s definitely been discussed.
