Best heel explanations

Scott, in response to the thread about Sami Zahn (and Ziggler further down in the comments) berating the fans without really explaining their frustrations…
What is the best explained heel turn from a wrestler talking to the fans? I'm not trying to include heel turns that involve "I got tired of carrying wrestler X so now i huff and puff"…is it Hogan at Bash at the Beach? I can't think of a better example of a wrestler addressing the fans so effectively to turn.
Yeah, Hogan was GREAT. It wasn't just the usual "I don't owe you an explanation!" nonsense where they backfilled it later. He laid it all on the line right there and it made sense.
