No more Ciampa

Scott- with Ciampa facing neck surgery and a minimum 6 months down, where does NXT go? Do they reassess the call-ups? Give Dream a run at the top? Where does this leave Gargano?

Thoughts?

Damn, he's actually going through with the surgery? That SUCKS because he was only a month away from setting the all time longevity record as champion. I was hoping he could make it to Takeover and drop it to Gargano. I'd say go with Dream on top of NXT for a while, but I'm increasingly convinced that he's getting called up by Summerslam.

Maybe move Pete Dunne over to the main NXT and give him a run with the title? Or Adam Cole is always a solid choice for top guy and he's never getting called up anyway.
