Shane as Kaientai Voice?

Stumbled upon the Kaientai segment from the 1/8/01 Raw. (1:01 in for those following at home.) Is that Shane McMahon doing the silly dubbed voiceover for Taka?

I know Vince did the stalker voice later in the year, but did young Simba Shane-O-Mac beat his pops to the punch on mystery voices? And who’s doing the INDEED part or is that Shane, too?

I believe I read that Shane is the INDEED, yes. Not sure about the others, but it would make sense.
