Roman Reigns, is it a work?

My wife and 7 yr son, have been skeptical since day 1, while I said, come on, what lowlife would take cancer just for cheers? But who am I kidding, this is WWE. But in 4- 5 months, beats lukemia, while staying in shape, seems very fast, and gives me some doubt. my wife kept saying it's a scam today seeing him on raw, saying it's the only way to get him cheered, since nothing else was working, or ever would work. But Vince is finally getting exactly what he always wanted, Roman Reigns universally cheered when before the announcement the backlash was at its worse. Is this Real and a massive coincidence that the result was the plan all along, or the perfect work?
Clearly the only sensible answer is that he was faking cancer all along. WAKE UP SHEEPLE.
