DS9 Question

So I’ve been watching DS9 recently and I had a very juvenile thought pop in my head. Shouldn’t Odo have been slaying it? I mean think about it. He’s a Changeling. He can make his form whatever he wants. Should all of the hot women on DS9 been walking bow legged?
I'd call this a Monday morning e-mail but I actually got it on Sunday.
