Randy Orton to AEW?

Ignoring the contract tampering aspect to it, that'd be a big get!
Is this a thing that people are talking about? Not sure what motivation Orton would have to jump ship, unless he wants even less work for even more money. But otherwise he's literally been with WWE for his whole career, so I can't really see him leaving at this stage.
However, the REALLY weird one is that Undertaker has apparently removed references to WWE from his social media, and is now taking dates outside of WWE, and likely won't be at Wrestlemania this year. If HE'S had enough and is looking at other options, Vince might be in some trouble.
