WCW fan lawsuit question

As mentioned in the Death of WCW book, there was a lawsuit over a WCW fan holding up signs insulting another person.
Would you happen to have any information on the outcome?
If it was anything other than the judge laughing the case out of the courtroom I'm gonna be grossly disappointed.
