Worst. Title. Ever?

Hey Scott,
What in your mind is the worst-ever handling of a championship title? I feel the WWE Universal Championship is high up on the list, because it is on mine.

Worst ever handling by a promotion? Because if we're talking individuals, Stan Hansen running over the AWA title with his truck is still epic.

Anyway, WWE killing off the Universal title via Brock is a good choice. Jim Crockett buying the UWF and then burying their World title for months before killing it off-screen is also pretty egregious. Shane literally dumping the European title in the garbage after months of X-Pac chasing him in 1999, only to have Mideon "win" the title by finding it was pretty stupid overall. And then Russo did it AGAIN with the TV title in WCW!
