Raw overrun being eliminated

Hi Scott,
I just noticed in the news today that USA Network will be shelving the overrun for Raw starting next week. Not that I'm complaining of course, but do you know what their thinking is behind the move?
It’s just a way to artificially inflate the ratings of the dying third hour. Really it means nothing and should have been done a decade ago or more.
