I get what he was trying to say but he should of worded it better.

Yeah, but by the same token, Dave’s not the one holding them to those standards. WWE didn’t hire her for her wrestling skill, and she’s the shits in the ring, so what exactly are they putting her on TV for if not for her looks? And it’s not like they don’t hold the men to exactly the same standards, even moreso in a lot of cases. And then we get the usual cascade of people afterwards proclaiming how wonderful and amazing that Peyton is, when basically she’s at the Kelly Kelly level of eye candy put on TV for Bucky’s benefit. If it’s really a “Women’s Evolution” and the women are supposed to be treated the same as the men, then all the special snowflake stuff hardly seems appropriate.
