I think its safe to say that this year's rumble has been the worst built ppv of all time. From the way things are set up, the women's rumble has to be the main event at this point. It has been the most pushed rumble and The men's rumble has no clear winners
or enough entrants to make fans think that they will win. Philly is gonna shit all over this show

I wouldn't say it's anywhere close to the worst-built. Like, at all. We at least know all the matches, even if they're not particularly interesting and no one in their right mind buys that Zayn & Owens might be "co champions".
