Womenfolk

By Scott Keith on 1 July 2017

Hi Scott,

Hard as it is to believe, it’s nearly two years since Stephanie McMahon invented women’s (sorry Diva’s) wrestling one fateful night on Raw.

Despite all the wonderful, wonderful stuff written them for by WWE’s nuanced and subtle team of expert steeped-in-the-traditions-of-the-bidness writers, I can’t help but feel that they haven’t quite grabbed Vince’s ring in the manner he would have liked.

Do we need to see Asuka on Total Divas worrying about finding a man to truly, finally seal the feminist revolution that Steph started all those months ago?

Oh, don’t forget the storyline where she gets into conflict with the other women over coloring her hair!
