Fact Or Fiction; WWE Continuity Editor

I remember hearing in the early 2000’s that the WWE hired a continuity editor to point out inconsistencies in the current story-lines, then fired him/her when they listed a ton of them. Although this sounds like something the company would’ve done, I don’t know if it is true or not. Any idea?

​That was much later on and I don’t know the guy’s name, but yes, I believe that’s true. It wasn’t like they made a big deal of it in advance or anything, I think it was more like a note in the Observer where it was noted that they had hired the guy and then immediately got rid of him for finding too many errors. And I think it was closer to 2010 or 2011. ​
