WWE’s Banned Words

According to the Observer, the word briefcase has now been added to the banned words list, as you now climb the ladder to grab the contract! WHYYYY? What is the point in all of this? I can understand some things like not saying that you’re fighting for the championship instead of the belt (although the physical belt itself is a belt). This stuff just makes everyone who has to speak in the WWE vernacular come off as unrelatable.
