IC/US Title matches

I get the whole "get everyone on the card" BS for Mania, but if they’re obsessed with doing a multi-man ladder match a la last year why do it with Kalisto and the US title. Owens/Zayn is a perfect stand aloe actual feud built for a year (!). Why blow that by having 5 other idiots in the match? Does ANYONE want to see Kalisto vs. Ryback???
Put Kalisto in with Neville, Sin Cara, Ryback, Miz, Ziggler, and DelRio and you have a good opening spot fest. It just seems so contrary to rational booking to mix and actual feud in a multi man match and have a stand alone match with no build
